Delivery Information

We will endeavour to ensure that your furniture arrives with you as soon as possible. Much of the furniture stocked by Dekkers and Darling is made to order so delivery times do vary. The Bulk of our items will be with you within 10-14 days. However some made to order products may take up to 5 weeks. Each product listed has an indication of anticipated delivery time.

Do you charge for delivery?
The delivery of your furniture is heavily subsidised by Dekkers and Darling and makes buying your furniture from us cheaper for you. Delivery to main land UK is based on the total cost of goods in your basket.

What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Once you have placed your order you will receive a phone call to agree a delivery time. It is essential that someone is there to sign for the furniture. We will endeavour to fit around your schedule. Most of our products are delivered with a "white glove service" - i.e. direct to the position you would like in your garden. The "standard service" will still require a signature. Please see the individual item description for information on which service will be used.

Do you deliver abroad?
